From the Innovative Folks that brought you "PALM GREENS" ,they continue their awesome healthy and "good for you menu with their new Location MID MOD CAFE. There are slight variation on the menu from PALM GREENS and here at MID MOD they offer a Root Veggie Hash that you simply must try. PITAYA LEMONADE (Shown above) replaces the LAVENDAR LEMONADE they have over at PALM GREENS. I personally love the sauteed green and their black beans and rice. The two restaurant's are not too far apart and MID MOD is located actually on the Palms Springs Strip were you can enjoy some nice atmosphere.
