One thing about Ramen/ Noodle Houses is the individuality in taste. Out of approximately eight that Ive tried, CHEW is in my top 3! (1) Kopan, (2) Chew, and (3) Rohey's. These are my favorite. The flavors available for your Ramen are delicious (especially the tofu-based broth). Excellent meat selection and their Green Ice Tea is delicious.
